The hotel is in a superb location, right on the beach with stunning views. The rooms are beautifully decorated, although our bathroom door was hidden and damaged post-Hurricane. The service was friendly and focused on preserving the hotel's charm. The dining was good but pricey, and the location couldn't be better for a relaxing stay in the Turks and Caicos.
Staying at this hotel was truly a unique experience. The rooms, set in a garden environment, offered everything I could possibly need, from a microwave to a balcony with furniture. They were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff, even accommodating special requests without expecting tips. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. The on-site dining at Bay Bistro was delightful, offering good value and quality. The facilities were all well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel offers basic, no thrills rooms that were perfectly decorated and had all the necessary amenities we needed, though the bathroom door seemed old and tucked away. It was a bit run-down but clean and functional.
